HAVENS is a leading brand in animal nutrition and animal feed found in Netherlands. The company is an independent family-based feed producer founded in 1845, and ever since HAVENS has been continuously developing and improving its products.
Uganda under the leadership of Mr. Baruma Edwin subscribes to more than 50 countries worldwide where HAVENS is franchised. HAVENS Feed is based in the hearth of Europe’s livestock industry in the south-east of the Netherlands. The production sites are located on the Meuse-rive in Maashees and Venlo in one of Europe’s most densely populated regions when it comes to the livestock industry.
At HAVENS, we aim at the best possible nutrition for your animals. With quality feeds, formulated to match all nutritional requirements. All our feeds are backed by HAVENS-research, combined with more than 150 years of experience. They are produced in accordance with international standards in one of Europe’s most modern production facilities on the Meuse river in the South of the Netherlands.
Modern feed formulation combines locally available ingridients (cereals [wheat, corn, barley], soybean-meal, limestone, etc) with a special feed concentrate, providing all necessary proteins, vitamins, minerals and other important nutrients (probiotics, yeast, special organic acids, etc). HAVENS produces feed concentrates in various inclusion rates starting from 2.5% up to 30%.
